Many groups want to stay in one place for the entire schedule, but we can also provide experiences that combine locations such as Orlando and Daytona or even head south to Miami and the Keys. Or stay in the Northeast of the country and enjoy the history of Boston and even New York or Washington DC.
It’s not all just soccer! Groups that travel to Florida get to enjoy the famous parks and attractions whilst in Boston there is the Freedom Trail or visit New York and take in Manhattan with a cruise around the harbor. Other groups may want to consider heading to Washington DC and enjoy all the famous monuments and museums.

Set up a call with one of our Experience Directors to go over the goals of your travel, where do you want to go, what are the best dates, what do you want to do when you get there? We will then plan your itinerary and set up a presentation with your group by video or in person. This is a great chance to discuss the schedule in more detail and highlight how Global Sports Experiences can ensure your international event meets everyone's expectations.
Once your group decides to go ahead with the event, we will send an email from our registration system containing a link to your own unique web page. This page contains additional information and instructions on how to complete the traveler registration process. This email will guide you through the necessary steps to ensure smooth and efficient registration for the event, allowing you to focus on preparing for an unforgettable experience.
We will continue to send out communications and information via your own unique registration page. As we get closer to your departure date, we will set up another meeting with the group to go over final preparations. This last meeting might include details on what to pack, accommodation, confirmed games, sightseeing events and much more. We will also provide details on the tour staff who will be managing the day-to-day events of your experience and will meet you on your arrival.
