We work closely with Athlete Travel to source the best hotels and contract with a variety of hotels to fit all accommodations. Athlete Travel requests to work with a wide variety of lodging partners in order to secure excellent rates for all of our teams.

All New England Surf events have a Stay to Play policy for all attendees/groups in need of hotels. This is in order to ensure that the hotels, cities, and counties are assured that the discounts they offer are used.

Stay to Play Policy

Teams traveling must reserve a minimum of 8 rooms for Under 13 and older
Teams traveling must reserve a minimum of 6 rooms for Under 11-12
Teams traveling must a reserve a minimum of 6 rooms for Under 9-10.

Traveling Teams that prefer to not use our housing services have the option of paying a $250 surcharge.

Athlete Travel works closely with our lodging partners to track team reservations, work to make sure that there are enough rooms, and secure excellent rates for all teams attending each event. They are committed to working with tournaments around the world to provide a high-quality travel and lodging experience that fits the individual needs of each team attending.

New England Surf is pleased to announce that you can now add Event Cancellation Insurance to your tournament registration. This optional coverage provides added security for your team’s entry fees in case of weather-related cancellations.

Here’s what’s included:

Full Refunds for pre-event cancellations.
Pro-Rated Refunds if the tournament is canceled after starting.

The cost is 10% of your entry fee.
