This page contains additional information and instructions on how to complete the traveler registration process. This email will guide you through the necessary steps to ensure smooth and efficient registration for the event, allowing you to focus on preparing for an unforgettable experience.
We will continue to send out communications and information via your own unique registration page. As we get closer to your departure date, we will set up another meeting with the group to go over final preparations. This last meeting might include details on what to pack, accommodation, confirmed games, sightseeing events and much more. We will also provide details on the tour staff who will be managing the day-to-day events of your experience and will meet you on your arrival.
