Set up a call with one of our Experience Directors to go over the goals of your travel, where do you want to go, what are the best dates, what do you want to do when you get there? We will then plan your itinerary and set up a presentation with your group by video or in person. This is a great chance to discuss the schedule in more detail and highlight how Global Sports Experiences can ensure your international event meets everyone's expectations.
The Registration Process
Once your group decides to go ahead with the event, we will send an email from our registration system containing a link to your own unique web page. This page contains additional information and instructions on how to complete the traveler registration process. This email will guide you through the necessary steps to ensure smooth and efficient registration for the event, allowing you to focus on preparing for an unforgettable experience.
Preparation and Planning
We will continue to send out communications and information via your own unique registration page. As we get closer to your departure date, we will set up another meeting with the group to go over final preparations. This last meeting might include details on what to pack, accommodation, confirmed games, sightseeing events and much more. We will also provide details on the tour staff who will be managing the day-to-day events of your experience and will meet you on your arrival.

Yes, GSE provides a comprehensive travel protection plan that includes medical and dental coverage abroad, cancellation for injury or sickness, passport and visa protection, flight cancellations, loss of luggage, and protection against cancellation due to defined terrorist acts. The plan is offered through our travel partner, and a link is available on your registration page.

Yes, children can travel solo under the supervision of our experienced staff. Parents must complete an Unaccompanied Minor form provided by the airline, identifying a supervising adult. GSE will supply this form on your registration page.
