Originally from Brazil, Júlia Sette graduated from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro with a degree in Journalism. Her career spans more than a decade across sports media, marketing, communications, and major events in Brazil, the Middle East, and Europe. Her experience includes the 2014 FIFA World Cup, the Rio 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games, and the delivery of international youth soccer tournaments in the UAE.

As Marketing Manager at Global Soccer Alliance, Júlia leads marketing and communications across the group’s portfolio, including Global Sports Experiences, International Development Academy, and New England Surf. Drawing on her journalistic background and international soccer experience, she is the strategic and creative mind behind the stories GSA tells – from player journeys and tournaments to partnerships and global experiences – connecting its brands with clubs, players, and families around the world.
